GH Design T’s and C’s

• Most of GH design items are made with wood and other natural/organic materials. There is therefore the possibility of wood ever so slightly contracting or expanding due to seasonal changes, as well as each cut having unique markings, which in essence adds to the beauty and originality of the item.
• As every item is completely unique and made by hand, we will do our utmost to ensure the item corresponds to your designs and needs as much as possible. No two items can ever be identical.
• All custom-made order details must be 100% correct and confirmed when order is placed. GH Design will not be held liable for incorrect order detail given.
• GH Design will not be held liable for any damages once goods have been accepted and signed for in good condition

Payments:

• A 50% deposit is to be paid via EFT to secure the order. The balance can be paid on delivery, either cash or card payment. If an EFT is preferred, arrangements can be made.
• All custom-made orders are non-refundable.
• “Defective” product queries can be brought to the attention of Gerald Hunter. Action taken remains at GH Designs discretion.

Delivery:

• Orders of R1000+ have free delivery within Johannesburg and Pretoria.
• Orders less than R1000 will have a R85 delivery fee
• Regional and cross border deliveries can be arranged at customers cost
• Collection option is available.
